Parágrafo único. O preparador perceberá a gratificação correspondente a uma hora do salário-mínimo local por processo preparado, pagos pelo Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, à vista de relação visada pelo juiz eleitoral da respectiva zona. (Revogado pela Lei nº 8.868, de 1994)
