I - apurar, no prazo de 10 (dez) dias, as eleições realizadas nas zonas eleitorais sob a
sua jurisdição.


II - resolver as impugnações e demais incidentes verificados durante os trabalhos da
contagem e da apuração;


III - expedir os boletins de apuração mencionados no Art. 178;


IV - expedir diploma aos eleitos para cargos municipais.
