Até 30 (trinta) dias antes da eleição o presidente da Junta comunicará ao Presidente do Tribunal Regional as nomeações que houver feito e divulgará a composição do órgão por edital publicado ou afixado, podendo qualquer partido oferecer impugnação motivada no prazo de 3 (três) dias.
