§ BR Código Eleitoral Art. 23a(untitled)

-A. A competência normativa regulamentar prevista no 
parágrafo único do art. 1º e no inciso IX do 
caput 
do art. 23 deste Código restringe-se a matérias especificamente autorizadas em 
lei, sendo vedado ao Tribunal Superior Eleitoral tratar de matéria relativa à 
organização dos partidos políticos.
