O Poder Executivo é exercido pelo Presidente da República, auxiliado pelos Ministros de Estado. Art. 77. A eleição do Presidente e do Vice-Presidente da República realizar-se-á, simultaneamente, noventa dias antes do término do mandato presidencial vigente.
