§ NRS § 298.640Applicability of chapters 293

and 293B of
NRS.

1.  The provisions of chapters 293 and 293B
of NRS apply to a presidential preference primary election to the extent that
such provisions do not conflict with this chapter.

2.  If there is a conflict between the
provisions of this chapter and chapters 293
and 293B of NRS, the provisions of this
chapter control.
