§ NRS § 295.290County or city clerk must allow witness of determination and verification of signatures

County or city clerk must allow witness of determination and
verification of signatures.  The
county or city clerk shall allow the person who submitted the petition or a member
of the petitioners’ committee, if any, to witness:

1.  The determination of the total number
of signatures on the petition; and

2.  The examination of the signatures on
the petition for verification.
