Petition for initiative proposing amendment to Constitution: Secretary of State to use same number for identification of petition when submitted at successive elections. If the initiative petition proposes an amendment to the Constitution, in resubmitting the initiative to the voters, the Secretary of State shall use the same identifying number or other identification used for the first submission.
