Requirements for petition: Number of voters proposing must be apportioned equally among petition districts and number of signatures required from each petition district must be equal. The number of registered voters required pursuant to Section 1 or 2 of Article 19 of the Nevada Constitution to propose a petition for initiative or referendum must be apportioned equally among the petition districts, and the number of signatures required from each petition district must be equal.
