§ NRS § 294A.250Registration

  Each
committee for the recall of a public officer shall register with the Secretary
of State, on a form provided by the Secretary of State. Each form must include:

1.  The name of the committee;

2.  The purpose for which it was organized;

3.  The names and addresses of its
officers; and

4.  If the committee is organized and
located outside this State, the name and address of its registered agent.
