Record of attendance at instructional meetings: Certification;
effect.  The county or city clerk
shall keep a record of attendance of those election officers receiving
instruction in their duties in connection with the mechanical voting system.
The clerk shall certify that the record is a list of election officers who have
been instructed pursuant to NRS 293B.260.
The list, when so certified, is prima facie evidence that the election officers
have been properly instructed in their duties.
