§ NRS § 293B.235Duties of assistants before opening polls

  The assistants referred to in NRS 293B.225 and 293B.230 shall, under the direction of
the county or city clerk, prepare the mechanical recording devices for the
election and provide for the delivery of the devices to the polling places of
the election district in which the election is to be held, or to the custody of
the chair of the election board, together with all furniture and appliances
necessary for the proper conduct of the election.
