§ NRS § 293.2735Establishment of polling place for precinct in residential development exclusively for elderly persons

Establishment of polling place for precinct in residential
development exclusively for elderly persons.  The
county clerk shall establish at least one polling place for a precinct in any
residential development exclusively for elderly persons if:

1.  More than 100 of the residents of the
development are registered to vote;

2.  There is a common area which is
adequate and available; and

3.  The owner of the development consents
to the establishment of the polling place on the property.
