村 民 委 员 会 成 员 以 及 由 村 民 或 者 村 集 体 承 担 误 工 补 贴 的 聘 用 人 员，应 当 接 受 村 民 会 议 或 者 村 民 代 表 会 议 对 其 履 行 职 责 情 况 的 民 主 评 议。民 主 评 议 每 年 至 少 进 行 一 次，由 村 务 监 督 机 构 主 持。 村 民 委 员 会 成 员 连 续 两 次 被 评 议 不 称 职 的，其 职 务 终 止。
