1 Schedule 12 makes provision about the supply of information for the purposes of this Part. 2 Paragraphs 3 to 13 and 15 of Schedule 19B to PPERA (investigatory powers) apply in relation to an offence within section 50 (2) (a) or (b) as they apply in relation to an offence under that Act.
