98 After section 71X (inserted by section 61 of this Act) insert— Control of loans etc: individuals and members associations 71Y Schedule 7A, which makes provisions for controlling loans and certain other transactions to individual members of registered parties, associations of such members, and certain elected office holders, shall have effect.
