1 Rule 44 of that Schedule (attendance at counting of votes) is amended as follows. 2 In paragraph (2)(b) for “their spouses or civil partners” substitute “ one other person chosen by each of them ” . 3 After paragraph (2)(d) insert— e persons who are entitled to attend by virtue of any of sections 6A to 6D of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000.
