1 Rule 17 of that Schedule (the official mark) is amended as follows. 2 For paragraph (1) substitute— 1 Every ballot paper must contain an appropriate security marking (the official mark). 3 For paragraph (3) substitute— 3 The returning officer may use a different official mark for different purposes at the same election.
