28 In Schedule 7 (control of donations to individuals and members associations), in paragraph 10, after sub-paragraph (4) insert— 4A In the case of a donation made by an individual who has an anonymous entry in an electoral register (within the meaning of the Representation of the People Act 1983), if the report states that the donee has seen evidence of such description as is prescribed by the Secretary of State in regulations that the individual has such an anonymous entry, the report must be accompanied by a copy of the evidence.
