23 In paragraph 7, after sub-paragraph (8) insert— 8A In the case of a person who has an anonymous entry in a register the special list mentioned in sub-paragraph (8) must contain only— a the person's electoral number, and b the period for which the anonymous entry has effect. 8B Sub-paragraph (8A) does not apply to a special list kept in respect of a local government election in Scotland.
