1 A person who fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with any requirement imposed under or by virtue of this Schedule commits an offence. 2 A person who intentionally obstructs a person authorised by or by virtue of this Schedule in the carrying out of that person's functions under the authorisation commits an offence. 3 A person who knowingly or recklessly provides false information in purported compliance with a requirement imposed under or by virtue of this Schedule commits an offence.
