7 The Commission or a person authorised by the Commission— a may make copies of, or make records of any information contained in— i any documents produced or inspected under this Schedule; ii any documents delivered to them in compliance with an order under paragraph 4; b may make copies or records of any information or explanation provided under this Schedule.
