§ PPERA 2000 Sch. 19A ¶ 6(untitled)

1 An unincorporated association commits an offence if it— a is required by paragraph 1 to give a notification to the Commission, or b is required by paragraph 2 to make a report to the Commission, and fails without reasonable excuse to do so within the permitted period. 2 An unincorporated association commits an offence if, without reasonable excuse, it— a gives a notification to the Commission under paragraph 1, or b makes a report to the Commission under paragraph 2, which fails to comply with any requirement of this Schedule applying to the notification or report. 3 An individual who knowingly or recklessly makes a false declaration under paragraph 4 commits an offence. 4 For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1) the “permitted period” is— a in relation to a notification under paragraph 1, the period of 30 days mentioned in paragraph 1(1); b in relation to a notice under sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 2, the period of 60 days mentioned in that sub-paragraph; c in relation to a notice under sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 2, the period of 30 days mentioned in that sub-paragraph; d in relation to a notice under sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 2, the period of 30 days mentioned in that sub-paragraph.
