15 In section 118 (interpretation of Part II)— a for the definition of “election expenses” there shall be substituted— “ election expenses ”, in relation to an election, shall be construed in accordance with sections 90A to 90D above; , and b in the definition of “money”, for “sections 113 and 114 above” there shall be substituted “ sections 71A, 113 and 114 above and Schedule 2A to this Act ” .
