1 An application must give the name and home address of each of the following— a a person to be registered as the party’s leader; b a person to be registered as the party’s nominating officer; c a person to be registered as the party’s treasurer. 2 If the application is for the party to be registered as a party with a campaigns officer, the application must also give the name and home address of a person to be registered as the party’s campaigns officer. 3 If the person to be registered as the party’s leader is (as mentioned in section 24(2)) the leader of the party for some particular purpose, the application must specify that purpose. 4 If one person is named in an application as leader, nominating officer and treasurer, the application must also give the name and home address of the holder of some other specified office in the party.
