6 In the application of this Schedule to Scotland— a for the reference in paragraph 1(1) to a local authority substitute a reference to an education authority; aa . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . b subparagraph (1) of paragraph 2, subparagraph (1) of paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 do not apply, and it is the duty of the proper officer of every local authority to prepare and keep for each constituency wholly situated in the area of the council and for each part so situated of any other constituency— i a list of rooms in school premises, and ii a list of meeting rooms, which candidates in the constituency are entitled to use.
