7B In respect of a local government election in Wales, a matter in respect of which expenses are paid or reimbursed in accordance with the financial assistance scheme established by the Welsh Elections Financial Assistance Scheme (Disabled Candidates) Regulations 2025 ( S.I. 2025/897 (W. 157) ) (to the extent that the matter does not fall within paragraph 7A).
