§ ORS § 249.076Qualifications of signers of petitions

(1) A person who is not a member of the same major
political party as the candidate for nomination by the major political party
may not sign the nominating petition of the candidate.

(2) Any elector
may sign:

(a) A nominating
petition or certificate of nomination of any candidate for nonpartisan office;

(b) A nominating
petition or certificate of nomination of any nonaffiliated candidate; and

(c) Nominating
petitions or certificates of nomination for more than one candidate for the
