§ ORS § 247.940Statewide list of electors; delivery without charge to political parties; requirements for requesting list

(1) A major political party qualified under ORS 248.006 or a minor political
party qualified under ORS 248.008 may request from the Secretary of State a
statewide list of electors, as described in ORS 247.945 (4). The list may not
contain any information about participants in the Address Confidentiality
Program established under ORS 192.820 to 192.868 or any information that may
not be publicly disclosed under ORS 247.948. A major political party or a minor
political party may make no more than two separate requests under this
subsection per primary election, general election or special election.

(2)(a) A request
for a list under subsection (1) of this section must be made:

(A) Not earlier
than three months before the primary election, general election or special
election; and

(B) Not later
than the 15th day before the primary election, general election or special
election.

(b) A request for
a list under subsection (1) of this section may not be made during the period
beginning on the date of the primary election, general election or special
election and ending 14 days after the date of the election.

(3) If the
Secretary of State receives a request under subsection (1) of this section, the
secretary shall deliver the list not later than 10 days after receiving the
request.

(4) The Secretary
of State may not charge for preparation or delivery of the list supplied under
