Sejm wybiera ze swojego grona Marszałka Sejmu i wicemarszałków. Marszałek Sejmu przewodniczy obradom Sejmu, strzeże praw Sejmu oraz reprezentuje Sejm na zewnątrz. Sejm powołuje komisje stałe oraz może powoływać komisje nadzwyczajne.
