Na wniosek komitetu wyborczego odpowiednie organy mają obowiązek wydać decyzję o nadaniu numeru REGON i NIP, najpóźniej do końca drugiego dnia roboczego następującego po dniu zgłoszenia wniosku o nadanie numeru.
