§ 1. W obwodach głosowania, o których mowa w art. 14 § 1, stosuje się drugą urnę wyborczą. § 2. Druga urna wyborcza, o której mowa w § 1, przeznaczona jest wyłącznie do wrzucania kopert zwrotnych, o których mowa w art. 65 § 1 pkt 1.
