O dopisaniu lub wpisaniu do spisu wyborców osób, o których mowa w art. 28, art. 29 § 1 i art. 30 § 1 i 3, niezwłocznie zawiadamia się urząd gminy właściwy ze względu na miejsce ich stałego zamieszkania lub ostatniego zameldowania na pobyt stały.
