(1) A single candidate is a natural person who runs as a candidate in the elections of the Riigikogu, the European Parliament or the council of a local authority. The provisions applicable to single candidates apply to a person running in the list of a political party or election coalition who incurred election campaign expenses separately from the political party or election coalition. (4) [Repealed – RT I, 19.03.2013, 2 – entry into force 01.04.2013] (5) The provisions of subsection 13 of § 121, subsections 1, 2 and 4 of § 123, and subsections 1–4 and 6–7 of § 124 apply to single candidates.
