(1) Before the declaration of voting, the chair of the electoral committee introduces the voting procedure and the procedure for ascertaining of voting results and election results to the members of the Riigikogu or electoral body. (2) A member of the Riigikogu or electoral body has the right to pose questions to the chair of the electoral committee concerning the voting procedure and the procedure for ascertaining of voting results and election results. (3) The electoral committee inspects and seals the ballot box. (4) Voting is declared by the chair of the sitting.
