§ § 32Consolidated list of candidates

(1) After the registration of candidates, the State Electoral Office prepares a consolidated list of candidates.

(2) Candidates are entered in the consolidated list of candidates by the lists of candidates of political parties in the order of the registration numbers. The name of the political party which submitted the list is indicated at the top of the list of candidates. Independent candidates are entered in the consolidated list of candidates in the order of the registration numbers after the lists of candidates of political parties.

(3) The registration number and name of each candidate are set out in the consolidated list of candidates. Where several candidates with the same name stand, their dates of birth are also set out in the consolidated list.

(4) The State Electoral Office informs the rural municipality and city secretaries, and foreign missions organising voting in foreign states of all corrections and amendments to consolidated lists of candidates, and they make the corresponding corrections or amendments to the consolidated lists of candidates. The consolidated lists of candidates are not amended after the 13th day before the election day.
