(1) Not later than on the 70th day before the election day, the controller of the population register organises the preparation and sending of notices to citizens of the European Union who pursuant to subsections 2 and 3 of § 4 of this Act have the right to participate in voting. (2) The following is entered in the notice: 1) given name and surname of the voter; 2) date of birth of the voter; 3) residential address; 4) information concerning the voter’s right to vote and stand as candidate; 5) information on the procedure for standing as candidate and voting.
