(1) The number of Members of the European Parliament elected in Estonia is provided in the laws and regulations of the European Union. [RT I, 22.12.2018, 4 – entry into force 01.01.2019] (2) Elections to the European Parliament are free, general, uniform and direct. Voting is secret. (3) Each voter has one vote. (4) Election results are determined based on the principle of proportional representation.
