(1) A complaint is to be filed with the National Electoral Committee within three days after: 1) adoption of the contested resolution or performance of the contested act, or 2) review of a notice provided in § 62 of this Act. (2) The National Electoral Committee is to review the complaint and adopt a resolution within five working days after receipt of the complaint. (3) The National Electoral Committee adopts one of the following resolutions: 1) to refuse to grant the complaint; 2) to grant the complaint; 3) to grant the complaint in part.
