(1) Failure to submit information or materials for the organisation of elections or failure to comply with a resolution of an electoral committee is punishable by a fine of up to 20 fine units. (2) [Repealed – RT I, 12.07.2014, 1 – entry into force 01.01.2015] (3) A police authority conducts extra-judicial proceedings in the matters of misdemeanours provided in subsection 1 of this section.
