(1) A complaint is to be filed with the National Electoral Committee within three days after: 1) the performance of the contested act or 2) the review of a notice provided in § 68 of this Act. (2) The National Electoral Committee has to review a complaint and adopt a resolution within five working days after receipt of the complaint. (3) The National Electoral Committee adopts one of the following resolutions: 1) to refuse to grant the complaint; 2) to grant the complaint; 3) to grant the complaint in part. (4) The National Electoral Committee promptly communicates the resolution to the complainant. [RT I, 06.05.2016, 1 – entry into force 01.01.2017]
