§ Subdivision 1.State general elections. Prior to a state general election, the county auditor's office in each county and the clerk's office in each city or town authorized under section 203B.05 to administer voting before election day must be open: (1) until 7:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the election; (2) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the two Saturdays before the election; (3) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Sunday immediately before the election; and (4) until 5:00 p.m. on the day before the election. A polling place designated under section 203B.081, subdivision 4, may be open alternate days and hours.
