At the conclusion of the recount of each precinct the undisputed ballots shall be returned to the ballot box and resealed, and the disputed ballots, if any, shall be certified pursuant to § 12-21-33. Source: SDC 1939, § 16.1810; SL 1974, ch 118, § 182.
