Ukraine 1. Funds for preparation and conduct of extraordinary elections of MPs provided for in the State Budget of Ukraine shall be transferred by the specially authorized central executive body for the implementation of state policy in the area of treasury management of the budget funds to the Central Election Commission within three days from the day of publication of the Decree of the President of Ukraine on early termination of powers of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
