§ Art. III-171Equipping Premises for Voting

1. In the premises for voting or directly in front of them, the precinct election commission shall
necessarily place posters produced using the state budget resources, which shall provide explanation of
the procedure of voting and liability for violation of the legislation on the election of MPs in a form
established by the Central Election Commission.
 2. The following materials shall be placed in the premises for voting at the election precinct
in places accessible for voters:
 1) information brochures of the parties that are electoral subjects;
 2) information posters of each party that is an electoral subject in the respective electoral
 region.
 Information posters of the parties shall be placed in accordance with the sequence of appearance of
names of the parties on the ballot.
 3. The materials specified in Parts one and two of this Article, shall be made public in the
manner that make them accessible for the voters with health problems (due to disability, temporary
health disorder, age).
