§ Art. II-131Peculiarities of Preparation and Conduct of the Repeat Election of the President of

Ukraine
 1. The grounds, the procedure for calling and the time period for conduct of repeat election
of the President of Ukraine shall be determined, respectively, by Part four of Article 76, Article 77
and Parts six, seven, and eight of Article 78 of this Code.
 2. The election procedures of the repeat election of the President of Ukraine shall be
performed in the manner and within the time period specified by this Code for the ordinary election
of the President of Ukraine.
