§ Art. II-129Official Promulgation of Results of the Election of the President of Ukraine

1. If the protocol on the results of voting on the day of the election of the President of Ukraine
or the protocol on the results of repeat voting on the election of the President of Ukraine specifies
a person elected as President of Ukraine in accordance with Part three of Article 127 or Parts
eighteen, nineteen of Article 128 of this Code, the Central Election Commission shall, at its
meeting, promulgate the results of the election of the President of Ukraine, which shall be reflected
in the minutes of the commission meeting, with indication of the last name, first name, patronymic
name of the elected President of Ukraine, his or her year of birth, speciality, job position
(occupation), place of employment, place of residence, party membership, the nominating subject.

 

 2. The official promulgation of the results of the election of the President of Ukraine shall be
deemed the promulgation of the results of the election of the President of Ukraine in the
newspapers Holos Ukrainy and Uriadovyy Courier with indication of the last name, first name,
patronymic name of the elected President of Ukraine, his or her year of birth, speciality, job
position (occupation), place of employment, place of residence, party membership, the nominating
subject.
 3. The official promulgation of the results of the election of the President of Ukraine shall be
a ground for dismissal of a person from a job (position) incompatible with the post of the President
of Ukraine, and for adopting a decision on termination of another representative mandate held by
a person elected as the President of Ukraine.
