§ 168.667Election supplies to be furnished at county expense

Sec. 667.
    At any federal, state, district or county primary or election, the various boards of county
 election commissioners shall furnish, at the expense of their respective counties, all of the
 following:
    (a) Suitable forms as prescribed by the secretary of state for use by the precinct election
 inspectors in making returns of any primary or election to the boards of county canvassers.
 The statement of returns form must also contain a certificate to be subscribed by each member
 of the precinct election board on a form prescribed by the secretary of state.

    (b) Suitable write-in sheets to be used by the election inspectors in recording the names of
 all write-in candidates.
    (c) Self-addressed substantial paper envelopes with gummed flaps to be used by the various
 boards of precinct election inspectors for sealing the statements of returns, the write-in sheets,
 poll lists, and a certificate of election inspectors.
