§ Art. II-95Managers of Accounts of an Electoral Fund

1. A candidate for President of Ukraine shall, from among his or her agents in the single
nationwide election district specified in Article 111 of this Code appoint no more than two
managers of the accumulation account of the candidate’s electoral fund who shall have the
exclusive right to use the funds, as stipulated by the Law, credited to the accumulation account.
The managers of the accumulation account of the electoral fund shall be obliged to keep the records
of the receipt and distribution of the resources that are credited to the accumulation account of the
electoral fund, between the current accounts.
 2. A candidate for President of Ukraine shall, from among his or her agents specified in
Article 111 of this Code appoint no more than one manager of the current account of the electoral
fund in the respective territorial district, who shall have the exclusive right to use the funds in the
current account of the electoral fund. The managers of the current accounts of an electoral fund
shall ensure observance of financial discipline, as well as purposeful use of the resources of the
electoral fund; they shall keep the records of the use of the funds of the respective account of the
electoral fund.
 3. A banking institution at which the accumulation or current account of an electoral fund has
been opened shall, on a weekly (daily) basis or upon request of the manager of the resources of the
respective electoral fund, provide the latter with information on the amounts and sources of
donations transferred to the accounts of the electoral fund, as well as with information on the flow
of resources and on the remaining resources in accordance with the procedure provided for in Part
one of Article 94 of this Code.
