1. Expenditures relating to preparation and conduct of the election of the President of Ukraine shall be covered solely at the expense of the funds of the State Budget of Ukraine allocated for preparation and conduct on the election of the election of thee President of Ukraine, as well as at the expense of resources of electoral funds of candidates for the President of Ukraine. 2. To finance his or her election campaign, including election campaigning, a candidate for President of Ukraine registered by the Central Election Commission shall establish an electoral fund, which shall be formed in accordance with procedures provided for by this Code. 3. The financing of election campaigning of a candidate for President of Ukraine from sources other than the electoral fund of a candidate for President of Ukraine, with or without the approval of parties that are electoral subjects, or candidates for the President of Ukraine, shall be prohibited.
